Vajochaga Webtechnology OPC Pvt Ltd offers monthly and annual subscription plans for its software products โ including RetailEdge Billing, RestoBill, and VajoERP. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). The subscription begins on the date of successful payment confirmation. A 14-day free trial is available for Starter and Professional plans โ no credit card required during trial.
Custom / Add-On Modules
Custom features or add-on modules requested beyond the scope of the selected plan will be quoted separately as one-time development charges. Pricing depends on scope and complexity.
Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time โ the difference is prorated and charged immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
One-Time Project Billing
For non-subscription services โ including website development, Android app development, digital marketing campaigns, SEO packages, and ERP implementation โ billing is structured as follows:
Project Confirmation Advance โ 50%
50% of the total quoted project value is due before any design or development work begins. This confirms the project scope and secures your slot in our delivery schedule.
Milestone / Mid-Payment โ 25%
25% is due upon delivery of the first major milestone (e.g., design approval, beta build, or first module delivery) as agreed in the project scope document.
Final Payment โ 25%
The remaining 25% is due upon final delivery and client sign-off, before any source code transfer, domain handover, or production deployment is made.
All project quotes are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Scope changes requested after project commencement may attract additional charges as per a change-request note issued to the client.
Taxes & GST
Vajochaga Webtechnology OPC Pvt Ltd is registered under the Goods & Services Tax (GST) Act of India.
GST @ 18% is applicable on all services and software subscriptions offered by Vajochaga. All prices displayed on this page are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. A valid GST tax invoice will be issued for every payment received.
- Clients registered under GST may use our invoice for Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
- For international clients, GST may not apply โ please contact us before placing an order to confirm applicable taxes.
- Any government-levied charges, duties, or withholding taxes applicable in the client's jurisdiction are the sole responsibility of the client.
- Our GSTIN will be printed on all invoices issued. Contact us at support@vajochaga.in if you need our GSTIN for verification.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following online payment modes through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay / Cashfree / CCAvenue). All transactions are processed over a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateway.
Transaction security
All card data is tokenised and never stored on our servers. Payments are processed directly by the gateway using 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure (3DS) authentication.
Bank transfer / offline
For large project payments or Enterprise plans, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) is accepted. Share your transaction reference to support@vajochaga.in to confirm payment.
Payments made via UPI or Net Banking are confirmed instantly. Bank transfer payments may take 1โ2 business days to reflect and activate services.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. The following terms apply:

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data immediately. Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation to allow for reactivation or data export. After 30 days, all data associated with the cancelled account is permanently deleted.
Refund Policy
Vajochaga is committed to fair and transparent refund processing in compliance with RBI guidelines and consumer protection norms. The following refund terms apply to all services:

Refunds are credited to the original payment source (card, UPI, bank account). Refund timelines are subject to the payment gateway and bank processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by the gateway or banking network.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of the charge for subscription plans, and within 48 hours for renewal charges not intended. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained except in cases of technical error or duplicate charge.
To raise a refund request, email support@vajochaga.in with subject: "Refund Request โ [Transaction ID]", along with your registered phone number, payment screenshot, and reason for refund.
Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Most disputes can be resolved faster and more amicably directly with our support team.
- If you believe a charge was unauthorised or incorrect, contact us at support@vajochaga.in within 48 hours.
- We will investigate and respond within 2 business days with evidence of service delivery or issue a refund if the claim is valid.
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary suspension of your account pending investigation.
- We maintain detailed transaction logs, delivery confirmations, and communication records, which will be submitted to the gateway in the event of a chargeback.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to appropriate authorities and may result in permanent account termination.
Auto-Renewal & Recurring Payments
By subscribing to any of our monthly or annual plans, you authorise Vajochaga to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle under an RBI-compliant recurring payment mandate (e-mandate / standing instruction).
Renewal reminder
We send an email reminder 3 days before your subscription renews, so you have time to cancel or update your plan if needed.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry after 24 hours and 48 hours. After 3 failed attempts, your subscription is suspended. You may reactivate within 30 days without data loss.
Mandate management
You can view, pause, or cancel your auto-pay mandate at any time from your account dashboard or via your bank's UPI / net banking portal.
Price change notice
If subscription prices change, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Service Delivery
Vajochaga Webtechnology OPC Pvt Ltd is a service-based and software-based business. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All deliverables are digital in nature.
- Subscription software: Access is activated within 24 hours of successful payment (usually within minutes during business hours).
- Website development: Project timelines are agreed in writing before commencement. Typical timelines range from 1 to 8 weeks depending on scope.
- Android app development: Timelines range from 4 to 16 weeks depending on feature scope and third-party integrations.
- Digital marketing / SEO: Campaign setup is completed within 3โ5 business days of receiving all required assets and access credentials from the client.
- ERP implementation: Deployment and training timelines are defined in the project agreement.
- Delays caused by the client failing to provide required content, credentials, or approvals are not the responsibility of Vajochaga and will not trigger refund eligibility.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to payments, subscriptions, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India, and governed by the laws of India.
